Our Exhibition Facilities
The Gawler Community Gallery has four exhibition rooms, two upstairs and two downstairs.The Gallery features a new series of exhibitions every 6 weeks, which are usually by local Artists, Art Groups and occasionally touring Exhibitions.
We have had the pleasure of showing Paintings of all forms, be it Modern, Realistic, Oil, Watercolour, etcetera. Photography, Wood working, Mosaic, Drums and Textiles. Jewellery, Textile Fashion, Dolls and many more.
Exhibition work is for Sale unless specifically stated otherwise which is very rare.
Regular Exhibitions Held at Our Gallery.
There are usually Two Member Exhibitions each year, and The Gawler Art Award held Bi-annually. The Gawler Art Society also regularly Exhibits in our beautiful Heritage building and we take part in History Month and also SALA Exhibitions, which are well publicised.

Other Gallery Supported Exhibitions...
The Gallery curates a special exhibition of art by its members at the Gawler Health Service, located at 21 Hutchinson Street, Gawler East. This exhibition is run in partnership with the Gawler Hospital.
Artworks are on display in the corridors of the George Duldig Ward and the Frank Forgie Ward. ALL the Art is clearly labeled with the Artists Name and Sale Price.
If you wish to purchase any of the artwork: either contact the Artist, or simply ask at the hospital’s reception desk, for further information on how to make your purchase.
The exhibition is changed every 3 months, and Members wishing to participate should contact the GHS Exhibition Co-ordinator for more information, and the next change over date. (currently this is Ron Brook)
Members can download the exhibition’s GHS Artwork submission form here. labels are included, that must be displayed on your work for potential buyers to see.
