The winners were as follows:

- Best Watercolour - Gerhard Ritter, Here to Serve (Watercolour)
- Best Sport/Recreation Theme - Ellen Steyn, Demise of SA 3 Day Event? (Acrylic)
- Best Gawler Theme - Maxine Donald, Church Hill Chimneys (and Owl), Gawler (Watercolour)
- Best Open Theme - Norah Jones, Beach Dancing (Pastels)
- Best Hanging Textile - Carol Clue, Late Summer Glow (Textiles)
- Best 3D Original Art - Kimberley Hargrave, Rainbow Lace Breastplate (Crystal & wire)
- Best Youth 10-14 years - Bonnie Supple, Highland Cow (Charcoal)
- Best Youth 15-18 years - Hannah Stockdale, Laura (graphite)
Each category also had certificates given to at least one work that was considered highly regarded by the judges. All the winners and highly regarded entries are acknowledged in the photo accompanying article below by The Bunyip Newspaper (click to see the full size version).
The exhibition closes this Sunday the 10th October at 4pm. If you haven't seen it then do yourself a favour and get down to the gallery. All works are for sale... why not purchase a prize winning work of art?
